These Terms of Service apply to your use of clevercat.app and related CleverCat software and support services provided by CleverCat.

By installing or using the service, you agree to these terms.

Service scope

  • CleverCat provides Operational Utilities for HubSpot, including DupliCat, PressKit, and TabCalendar.
  • Current app documentation is published at DupliCat docs, PressKit docs, and TabCalendar docs.
  • Marketplace functionality may depend on third-party services (for example, HubSpot).
  • Third-party platform terms continue to apply to your use of those services.
  • We may update or improve features over time.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • misuse the service in a way that harms system reliability or security
  • attempt unauthorized access to systems or data
  • use the service in violation of applicable law or third-party platform terms

Accounts and integrations

  • You are responsible for installation choices, permissions granted, and actions taken in your HubSpot portal.
  • You must maintain control of authorized accounts and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized access.

Privacy and data handling

  • Data handling practices are described in Privacy.
  • Data-processing contract review starts at DPA, with signatures and redlines handled through Support.
  • Security controls are described in Security.
  • App-specific scope and limitations are documented in each app docs surface.
  • Portal-level data deletion requests are handled through Support.

Availability and support

  • We aim to keep services available but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
  • Support is email-first. Current intake and coverage details are documented on Support.
  • We do not provide an uptime commitment or guaranteed support response time through these Terms.

Disclaimer

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CleverCat is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of data, revenue, or profits arising from use of the service.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after updates means you accept the revised terms.
