FAQ
Common rollout questions
Answers stay tied to current public app, pricing, docs, and trust surfaces.
What is CleverCat?
CleverCat builds Operational Utilities for HubSpot: focused apps with explicit boundaries, public docs, and predictable rollout paths.
How do the CleverCat apps relate to each other?
Each app is separate. DupliCat handles record cloning workflows, PressKit handles one EPK page per Company record, and TabCalendar handles availability planning. They install independently and can be adopted one at a time.
Do I need to adopt all three apps together?
No. Each app installs separately with its own docs, permissions, and pricing. Start with the workflow you need now and add another app only if it fills a different gap.
Is there a free option or trial path?
Yes. DupliCat publishes a free plan for controlled evaluation, PressKit publishes a free tier for a small number of published EPKs, and TabCalendar publishes a free tier for light planning use. Review each app pricing page for current limits.
How does billing work?
Billing is app-specific. Pricing, limits, and plan boundaries are published on each app pricing page before you install.
Can I use more than one CleverCat app in the same HubSpot portal?
Yes. The apps are designed to coexist in the same portal, but they remain operationally separate. Validate each app on its own rollout slice before widening adoption.
Where should I start before rollout?
Start with one app page. Read setup and limitations docs. Install with a small team first and verify it behaves as documented. Use the trust pages for security or procurement review if needed.
How do I get support?
Use the support page and include portal context, the route or app involved, what you expected, what happened instead, and a timestamp with timezone so triage can start quickly.
